The University of Kentucky has available the position of staff meteorologist. The duties of this entry level position include maintaining daily meteorological and operational aspects of the Weather Center including forecast updates, database maintenance, writing crop and weather reports.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities: UNIDATA, software knowledge; working knowledge of all US weather models; SQL language; excellent weather/climate knowledge; html; some PERL
