Wet start to the week

Scattered showers will continue through this evening as a weakening low located to our south continues to push east.  Clouds will diminish as we enter the morning hours to start the week. Highs will remain in the lower to mid 70’s through the early forecast period.

Expect mostly sunny skies tomorrow as the next system looks to develop and move into the area Tuesday. Low pressure center is expected to develop and take a quick deepening process. This area will swing northeast toward the Great Lakes and provide moisture across our region.  Latest model runs suggest a cold front will swing through the area Tuesday night, providing a better shot for storms for south central Kentucky.
