Hurricane Ian made landfall this past Wednesday on Cayo Costa Island, Florida as a Category 4 hurricane with maximum sustained winds of 150mph. The state of Florida is in an ongoing state of emergency for the immense rainfall, wind damage, and storm surge. Ian has redeveloped into a hurricane over the Atlantic, and is expected to strike the Carolinas next.
